This Agreement is an understanding between Interior AP and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
Terms of Payment
By booking an online consultation you agree to these terms of payment.
Interior AP is a part of the Finenco Architects Group a company registered in Hong Kong, SAR, China with business address registered at Unit A, 3/F Cheong Sun Tower 116-118 Wing Lok Street Sheung Wan - Hong Kong SAR, China.
You are paying for one of these two types of consultation according to the description provided in the booking form.
TYPE OF CONSULTATION: Architectural/technical
COST: €199
DURATION: 2 hours

COST: €149
DURATION: 2 hours
Forms of Payment
We accept all credit and debit cards from all major banks in the world. We use Stripe Checkout is a default and secure payment page.

24-Hours Money-back Guarantee
Once purchased, your booking may be canceled within 24 hours without penalty and with a full refund to the original form of payment. After 24 hours, the booking can be canceled, but it becomes non-refundable.
In the event that a cancellation is requested by the consultant, the full amount will be refunded to the original form of payment regardless of the 24-hours rule.

Rescheduling
You may postpone your appointment by clicking the reschedule link provided in the booking confirmation email that you will receive. Please reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid penalties.

We have found it necessary to charge fees in the eventuality that rescheduling is requested less than 24 hours prior to the time. These charges are essential as once we confirm a booking, we guarantee the Interior Designer's time will be available exclusively for your consultation.

More than 24 hours: free rescheduling
Between 24 and 6 hours prior: 20% charge
Less than 6 hours: 50% charge
No show: 100% charge
If your processing the payment from Italy, Interior AP is a part of the Finenco Architects Group a company registered in Hong Kong, SAR, China. As such, the services provided are outside of the Italian territory and therefore our prices are exempt from VAT.
